These hinges are perfectly functional, but about 10% of them may have a finish problem or a very light spot of flash rust where the metal has been exposed from the finish chipping off. That’s why they are not $4 or $5 (although we would not charge that much for them anyway.) So save some bucks and shoot a little flat black paint on them.
